Retail Value: $140 - This tequila basket is designed for those who enjoy relaxing and sipping some delicious tequila. The GRAND MAYAN TEQUILA REPOSADO tequila is made using the finest mature Central-Highland Blue Weber Agave. Slow-cooked in traditional brick and stone ovens, extended fermentation, then twice distilled in copper pot stills, this exceptional tequila is rested in American oak casks and French ex-cognac barrels for up to eight months. It's bottled in hand-made traditional Talavera ceramic decanter, painted by hand by local artisans in Mexico City with 24k gold applique. Perfectly smoked with notes of sweet oak and rich chocolate for a long-layered finish. To complete this tequila basket, you will find four sipping glasses, paper napkins, two themed towels (for heaven's sake, don't spill any tequila!), and a book entitled "Tequila Mockingbird, Cocktails with a Literary Twist," by Tim Federle. Items can be collected after the live auction. If you are not attending the Gala, you may pick up your items at The Galena Center for the Arts.
A note from Galena Center for the Arts: Welcome to our 2nd Annual Galena Center for the Arts Fundraising Gala. Our Gala is "Embrace the Experience," which is reflected in many of our auction items. Our online and in-person auction is raising money to support our arts programming, complete our new building's renovation, and purchase new theater equipment to update the lighting system, lighting board, and new curtains to replace those salvaged from old theaters. All auction proceeds will go directly to support these needs and fund the operation of the Center. THANK YOU to all of our generous donors who have given auction items and have sponsored this event, and THANK YOU for joining our auction and bidding generously! We wish you good luck with your bids!
Item delivery: Thank you for being so supportive of the Galena Center for the Arts!
